Here's a true fascinator hair adornment from the 1950s. It features a black velvet bow with attached netting that has plush dots on the front. Excellent vintage condition, minor lightening of the velvet. Note it is worn with bobby pins but does not come with them. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
